摘要 设计了一种由数字信号处理器控制的分度系统,系统采用伺服电机、伺服驱动器和控制系统的控制方案,采用全闭环交流伺服驱动技术,设计了可控制多轴分度器的伺服控制卡,控制卡采用DSP和CPLD的架构,控制器采用了带死区与饱和的变速积分PID控制算法。阐明了伺服驱动器的使用方法以及系统的硬件组成和软件实现方法,并用VC编写了人机交互界面,用于对系统运行进行控制,并可将实测数据保存在PC机中便于数据分析。伺服分度装置已应用于实际系统调试,测试结果显示,系统可达到单调高速高精度达位的控制要求。 An indexing system based on digital signal processor is introduced, control scheme with servo motor and servo driver and control system was adopted, and full closed loop AC servo drive technology was adopted. Servo control card that can control a number of indexers was designed. DSP and CPLD architecture was adopted. The method of using servo drive was introduced. And the hardware and software of the system was introduced. Manmachine interface was written with VC interface to control the system and analysis the experimental data. The indexing system was tested in practical system, and it showed that the index requirements such as high precision, high speed ofthe indexing motion are realized.
