深板层角膜移植治疗格子样角膜营养不良的疗效观察 被引量:2

Observation of curative effects of deep lamellar keratoplasty in patients with lattice corneal dystrophy.

摘要 目的探讨深板层角膜移植治疗格子样角膜营养不良的临床效果。方法对24例(32眼)视力明显受损的格子样角膜营养不良患者行深板层角膜移植术,术后随访6—36个月,观察视力和并发症。结果术后最佳矫正视力0.3~0.6者12眼,0.7~0.9者16眼,1.0~1.2者4眼。并发症包括术中后弹力层穿孔4眼;术后一过性眼压升高2眼,后弹力层皱褶5眼。无发生排斥反应者。结论深板层角膜移植术治疗格子样角膜营养不良安全有效。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of deep lamellar keratoplasty(DLKP) on lattice corneal dystrophy(LCD) . Methods Twenty-four patients ( 32 eyes) of LCD with obvious visual acuity decrease had undergone DLKP. They were followed up from 6 months to 36 months . The change of visual acuity and the complications were observed. Results The postoperative best corrected visual acuity was 0.3 - 0.6 in 12 eyes , 0.7 - 0. 9 in 16 eyes and 1.0 - 1.2 in 4 eyes. Intraoperative perforation of grafting bed occurred in 4 eyes, postoperative transient intraocular pressure increase in 2 eyes and wrinkle of Descemet's membrane in 5 eyes. No corneal graft rejection was observed. Conclusion DLKP seems to be a safe and effective selection for the surgical treatment of LCD.
