摘要
目的探讨成人骶前囊肿再手术的临床特点和原因。方法对成人骶前囊肿再手术10例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组再手术距首次手术时间1个月～3年。再手术经骶尾部入路9例,经腹及骶尾部联合入路1例,均完整切除囊壁,顺利完成手术,术后伤口愈合时间平均38 d,术后平均随访6.5个月,均无复发。结论导致成人骶前囊肿再手术的主要原因为对此病认识不足,其次为术中囊壁切除不彻底、形成窦道经久不愈。加强对此病的认识,完善术前影像学检查,选用恰当手术方式,完整切除囊壁,是避免骶前囊肿再手术的关键。
Objective To explore the clinical features and causes of sacroanterior cyst re-operation in adults.Methods The clinical data of 10 adult patients following sacroanterior cyst re-operations were retrospectively analyzed.Results The time periods of this group of re-operation from the first operation were from 1 month to 3 years.9 underwent sacrococcygeal approach,and 1 sacrococcygeal approach combined with laparotomy.All of the patients underwent complete resections,which were successfully performed.The time of wound healing was 38 days in average without any recurrence of the cyst.The mean follow-up time was 6.5 months after surgery with no recurrence.Conclusion The main cause of adult sacroanterior cyst re-operation is attributed to lack of awareness of the disease,incomplete incision and unhealing sinus.To improve the disease awareness,perfect proper pre-operation imaging assessment,select appropriate surgical approach,and a complete resection of the cyst wall are the key factors to avoid sacroanterior cyst re-operation.
