摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、脂代谢指标、炎症因子等与冠心病的相关性。方法选择2009年3月~2010年8月我院收治的冠心病110例(冠心病组)和同期健康体检100例(对照组),平行测定HCY、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA),并进行对比分析及Logistic多元回归分析。结果冠心病组HCY、TG、LDL-C、Lp(a)、ApoB、UA、hs-CRP表达水平或阳性率均高于对照组(P均<0.05),经多元Logistic回归分析显示HCY、Lp(a)、LDL-C、UA是冠心病的危险因素,HDL-C是冠心病的保护因素。结论 HCY、Lp(a)、LDL-C、UA均是冠心病的危险因素,其中HCY为冠心病的独立危险因素,LDL-C对冠心病的发生影响最大,早期检测上述指标有助于冠心病的诊断及早期预测。
Objective To study the relationship between coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) and risk factors,including serum lipid index,inflammatory factors and HCY.Methods The serum levels of HCY,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,UA,HS-CRP and Lp(a) were detected in parallel in 110 examples of CHD group and other 100 examples of the control group.The contrastive analysis and logistic analysis were conducted.Results CHD group showed significant differences from the control group,including the serum levels of HCY,TG,LDL-C,Lp(a),ApoB,UA and HS-CRP(P0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that HCY,Lp(a),LDL-C,UA were the risk factors for CHD,and HDL-C was a protective factor.Conclusion The serum levels of HCY,Lp(a),LDL-C and UA are closely related with CHD,while LDL-C has the biggest effect on CHD.Detecting the serum levels of these risk factors as early as possible has positive value in preventing and diagnosing coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
