摘要 介绍了采用变频调速器精确力矩检测功能实现超精密平面磨床自动对刀及相应的信号处理方法 ,获得了 0 .5μm的稳定对刀精度。 The paper introduces a method of automatically inspecting the initial contact of the grinding wheel and the work piece method by inspecting the load moment output of the frequency converter,with a steady accuracy of 0.5μm.
