摘要
研究了CL TBP萃淋树脂在HCl溶液中吸附分离镓的性能。考察了酸度、浓度、温度及共存离子等条件对吸附过程的影响。在 6mol/LHCl介质中 ,树脂对镓有良好的吸附性能 ,吸附镓量可达 61mg/g树脂 ,被吸附的镓可用 0 5mol/LNH4 Cl溶液定量洗脱。用该树脂在含镓 2 4 1 μg/g的煤灰的浸液中吸附分离镓 ,回收率为 92 1 %。
The performance of separation and adsorption gallium in HCl medium with CL TBP levextre resin were studied. The effects of acidity of solution, gallium concentration, temperature and coexisted ions on adsorbing process were discussed. The results show that the resin can effectively adsorb gallium in 6 mol/L HCl medium, and the saturated adsorption capacity of the resin can reach 61 mg Ga/g resin. The gallium adsorbed can be quantitatively eluted with 0.5 mol/L NH 4Cl. The recovery of 92.1% can be got using the resin for the leaching solution from coal ash containg gallium 24.1 μg/g.
