摘要
以化学气相传输法制取无水LuCl3 。Lu2 O3 (s)与Al2 Cl6 (g)在 30 0℃反应生成LuCl3 (s)。反应完成后 ,利用 40 0~ 1 80℃的温度梯度场 ,实现LuCl3 (s)的气相传输分离。剩余氯化铝在 2 0 0℃用Cl2 N2 混合载气去除。产物纯度 >99 9%。
Anhydrous lutetium chloride was prepared by chemical vapor transport (CVT) method. Lu 2O 3 reacted with Al 2Cl 6 at 300℃ to produce LuCl 3, which was then separated from other solids by means of CVT at a temperature gradient from 400℃ to 180℃. Residual Al 2Cl 6 was removed by dry Cl 2 N 2 mixed gas at 200℃. The purity of the product was >99.9%.
