摘要
本文研究合成甲基丙烯甲酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)三元线型共聚物(MMA/BMA/MAA)作为环氧树脂的固化剂,固化产物即为热固性丙烯酸类环氧树脂,这种树脂应用于涂附磨具高品级耐水砂纸、超薄涂层粘结剂,使涂附磨具具有优良的粘结性、柔韧性、耐水性及工艺可实施性能。
A new kind of resin of trihasic copolymer, methyl methacrylate (MMA ). butyl methacrylate(BMA).mathylacrylic acid(MAA) (MMA/BMA/MAA), are synthesized as the curing agent of epoxy resin. The cured resin are knownas thermosetting acrylic-epoxy resin. The resin is applied on the coated abrasives as a coat resinous hinder. The coad resinoushinder provides coated abrasives excellent properties, eg. adhesive strength, water-prool property, flexibility and technologicalexecution.
