用卡尔多炉技术处理废杂钢生产粗钢或铜合金,铜品位从 30%~70%,炉渣含铜低于0.5%,整个作业周期少于 6h,经济上有利可图。炉子结构紧凑,可以整体封闭防止逸散。全部过程均在控制室遥控进行,故劳动条件和环保效果都非常好。该技术已被全球多家冶炼厂选用。
The Kaldo Process is a profitable technology to use low grade copper scrap to produce blister copper (or gun metal). The copper grade can be from 30%-70%. The copper in an inert slag will be less than 0.5%. The total Cycle time from tap to tap is less than 6 hours. The furnace is compact and can be totally enclosed to prevent stray emissions. The whole operation is performed with remote control from a control room. So both of environment and working condition are very good. This technology has been used in several smelters worldwide.
