摘要
管材拉伸时把模具定径区看作准塑区 ,利用塑性条件 ,研究定径区摩擦力对拉伸力的影响 ,并对计算公式进行探讨。证明管材空拉时摩擦力影响可忽略不计 ,但缩径拉伸时定径区摩擦力对拉伸力的影响必须考虑。
The area of die with specific radius is regarded as plastic area when tensing the casing material in this paper. With the theory of plastic deformation, the paper studies the affections of the friction on the tension, and discusses relative calculuses. Then it gets the conclusion that the affections of the friction in the area with specific radius on the tension is negtigible in unthined tension, inversely the affections must be seriously thought in thined tension.
