摘要
采用刚粘塑性有限元技术对超塑性胀形成形时间的影响因素进行了数值分析 ,以圆筒形零件的恒压和恒应变速率充模胀形为例 ,给出了不同因素对超塑性成形时间的影响规律 ,为超塑性胀形实际工艺设计提供了依据。
In this paper,rigid visco plastic FEM technique is applied to numerically analyze the factors affecting the forming time of superplastic bulging,and the regularities of forming time affected by different factors are given by examples of constant pressure and constant strain rate die bulging of cylinder parts,all of which provides guideline for process planning in actual superplastic bulging.
