摘要
评述了近年来SiC材料氧化和腐蚀研究的进展 ,分析讨论SiC腐蚀氧化机理、影响因素、气氛和融盐等的影响 ,比较了SiC材料在不同条件下的氧化腐蚀情况 ,同时指出了存在的问题 .
The development of research on oxidation of SiC\|based materials is reviewed. The oxidation mechanism and the effect of environment are discussed.
