面肌痉挛的病因及发病机制研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 面肌痉挛是同侧面神经所支配肌肉的无痛性、间歇性、不自主的强直或阵挛发作,严重降低了患者的生活质量。近几十年来,"短路假说"和"点燃假说"的提出虽然能解释部分临床现象,但仍不能以单一的理论来全面、圆满地解释HFS发病机制。随着微血管减压术(MVD)的应用及推广,人们对面肌痉挛有了更深的认识,从而进一步思索面肌痉挛的发病机理。本文就面肌痉挛的病因和发病机制研究进展展开综述。
