小脑中脑裂显微解剖及相关临床入路 被引量：1

摘要 小脑中脑裂是小脑和中脑之间的裂隙,位置深、裂内及周围结构复杂,该区域的病变是神经外科手术的难点。暴露该区域的手术入路主要包括:①枕部经小脑幕入路②经幕下小脑上入路(包括后正中、旁正中、极外侧三种入路)③经胼胝体后部入路④经颞部侧脑室三角区入路等。各个不同入路有其不同的适应症和优缺点。本文就小脑中脑裂的显微结构解剖及该区域最常用的手术入路展开综述。
