介绍世界贸易组织宗旨、职责及其在世界贸易中所起的作用，中美双边协议的主要内容，中国加入世贸组织的机遇与挑战以及中国电力通信的应对策略。
The paper introduces three aspects:one is the goal,duty and role of WTO in the world trade system;second is the main content of China American bilateral agreement;third is the chance and challenge of China entry into WTO & the related strategy made by China electric power telecommunication.
