摘要
以100MW 机组中间储仓式筒式钢球磨制粉系统为对象,通过对制粉系统的流体网络的分析,突破传统的建模方法,把空预器及其连接管道集总为一个动态容积环节,降低了流体网络非线性模型的耦合度;文中提出了节点流量平衡法来解决非线性模型的耦合问题,特别对于求解多节点的流体网络具有较高的精度和速度,而且初值选取范围广;在仿真机上应用和试验结果表明,本文所建模型能正确地反映制粉系统的动态过程,数值方法具有较高的推广应用价值。
By means of analysing the fluid network of the coal pulverizing storage system (CPSS), breaking through the traditional method, the air heater and its pipelines are put together as a lumped parameter volume section. The method can decrease the complexity of non linear model of the CPSS. This paper presents a numerical method named Node Flow Balance to solve the non linear mathematical models of the coal pulverizing storage system. The method is based on Newtonian tangent method and physical truth. Simulated calculation has proved that the method in the paper could solve the non linear mathematical models rapidly and accurately, and had a wide range of initial values. Simulation of the models in the paper and uses of the software in a simulator have proved that the models in the paper could describe the dynamic operation accurately, and satisfy the request of the real time simulation.
