摘要
结合发电厂凝汽器铜管在循环冷却水中产生腐蚀破坏的实际,对腐蚀部位和非腐蚀部位的微观组织进行的金相检测表明:凝汽器铜管点蚀深度达0 .125 ~0 .138m m ;在腐蚀照片上,还可见到黄铜的层式和栓式脱锌,把某些部位腐蚀产品溶除后,基体上留下一个蚀变了的残余结构。
Microscopic metallographic examination of power plant brass condenser tubes, which have been ex posed to actualcorrosionin thecirculation cooling water,both atlocation attackedas wellasatlocations notattecked by corrosion show that:the depth ofcorrosion pitsis0 .125 ~0 .138m m and,accordingto metallogrophic pictures, dezincification has proceeded either layer wise or pit wise,leaving a corrosion disfigured remnant structure on the matrix afterthe corrosion products have been dissolved .Figs6 and Refs 4 .
