高尿酸血症与高血压 被引量：12

摘要 高尿酸血症（Hyperuricemia，HUA）的诊断标准为血尿酸水平男性〉420umol／L（7mg／dl），女性〉357umol／L（6mg／dl）。高尿酸血症除了直接导致痛风发作、高尿酸性肾功能损害，还与高血压等心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关[2-6]。
