心肌血流储备分数在冠心病诊断及介入治疗中的应用研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 冠状动脉造影(CAG)是目前诊断冠心病最常用和最重要的手段,是进一步行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)或冠脉搭桥术(CABG)的金标准。但是随着对冠脉血流动力学及病理学研究的不断深入,单纯冠脉造影提供的形态学已不能满足临床对狭窄病变解剖特征和生理功能评价的需要。
