摘要
目的 :探讨阴道B超诊断子宫内膜息肉的临床应用价值。方法 :对185例疑诊子宫内膜息肉患者进行月经前后对比观察 ,并对有关伴发疾病与本病的关系进行分析。结果 :阴道B超的应用提高了超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断率 ,并对宫腔内其它小型病灶的鉴别诊断帮助较大。结论
Objective: To study the clinical application of diagnosing endometrial polypus (EP) by transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods: To compare 185 cases of EP before and after their periods and to analyze the related illnesses. Results: The use of transvaginal ultrasonography has improved the correct rate of diagnosis to EP and helped to find the other small focus. Conclusion: The transvaginal ultrasonography is an effective means for the diagnosis of EP.
