调节性T细胞、TGF-β、IL-6、IL-10、IL-l7对系统性红斑狼疮的影响及其与中医证型的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨外周血中调节性T细胞(Treg)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的影响及与热毒炽盛、阴虚内热证型的关系。方法 :用三色荧光染色通过流式细胞仪(FCM)检测外周血中Treg细胞水平,以双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定SLE患者外周血中TGF-β、IL-17水平,用CBA流式蛋白分析系统检测外周血中IL-10、IL-6水平。结果 :活动期SLE患者外周血Treg低于静止期、正常组(P<0.01);与静止期比较,活动期IL-10、IL-6显著升高(P<0.01);热毒炽盛型外周血Treg低于阴虚内热型(P<0.05),而外周血IL-10、IL-6高于阴虚内热型(P<0.01);Treg水平与IL-10、IL-6、SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)呈负相关(P<0.05),SLEDAI与IL-10、IL-6呈正相关(P<0.01),SLEDAI与TGF-β呈正相关(P<0.05),TGF-β与IL-17呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:患者外周血中Treg、IL-10、IL-6水平的变化,可作为SLE活动性的指标;Treg、IL-10、IL-6水平可能是SLE患者出现不同中医证型的内在因素之一。
