摘要
蛋白质在植物、动物细胞中普遍存在,具有种的特异性和稳定性。利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对小茴香及其伪品孜然进行鉴别。
In this paper,two umbelliferae Mongolian medicines Xiaohuixiang and Ziran were identified by gel eletrophoresis.Result showed that protein bands of the two medicines had obvious differences and distinguishing characteres. Ziran had two characteritic bands whose mobility were respectively 0.276 6 and 0.627 7, but the two bands had not been seen in Xiaohuixiang. The two Mongolian medicines had a few common bands, which shows possibly that either has common origin.
