摘要
对常用酸味药饮片进行了pH值测定分析,以期改变中药的味主要是由前人口尝确定,长期以来缺乏可确定的科学依据的现状。
The tastes of Chinese herbal medicine is determined mainly by predecessor tasting. For a long time past, it has lacked determinable scientific research all the time. This paper reported a analysis on pH value determination of tablet for drink of Sour chinese herbal medicine most in use.
