摘要
目的:探索桂枝配伍机理及临床意义。方法:用桂枝配伍麻黄治疗外寒内饮咳嗽证,配伍白芍治疗外感风寒表虚证。配伍茯苓治疗痰饮证,配伍饴糖治疗中焦虚寒腹痛证,观察临床疗效。结果:桂枝由于配伍不同,可以治疗多种疾病。结论:桂枝的不同配伍机理及作用对临床具有指导意义。
Objective ：To explore the mechanism and clinical significance in the application of ramulus cinnamomi. Methods ：To ob- serve the clinical efficiency of compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi ： compounded with ephedra, it could treat exogenous cold - evil and in- ternalization cough ; compounded with White peony Alba, it could treat exterior deficiency syndrome that affected of exotenous wind - cold; compounded with Indian Bread,it could treat phlegm syndrome;compounded with cerealose,it could treat asthenia cold abdominalgia in middle energizer. Results：The different compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi could treat different kinds of diseases. In order to determine the pharmacodynamic action of compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi in cinical application. Conclusion ： The mechanism and effective of compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi has important clinical significance.
