摘要1病例介绍
患者男,56岁。因＂腹痛7 h＂入院。患者7 h前无明显诱因出现腹痛伴腹胀,为上腹痛,进行性加重,呈持续性。一般情况：体温37.4℃,脉搏106次/min,呼吸24次/min,血压100/70 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）。专科检查：患者上腹膨隆,压痛明显,无肌紧张及反跳痛,可见胃肠型,
