混凝土粗骨料三维轮廓数值模拟

摘要 提出了一种新的混凝土粗骨料三维轮廓数值模拟方法。把骨料看成是由上下两部分组成的,然后在两个平面上分别生成散乱点集并将它剖分成两个三角网,建立了"随机母线赋值法"对所有散乱点Z坐标进行赋值,实现平面三角网向三维空间的拉伸过程,形成混凝土粗骨料上下表面三维轮廓,最后将它们拼接起来生成混凝土粗骨料三维轮廓,并运用Matlab软件实现其可视化过程。初步模拟结果表明,这种算法随机性好,模拟的骨料与真实骨料相似度较高。 This paper puts forward a new numerical simulation method of three-dimensional contour of coarse aggregate in concrete.Aggregate is taken as a whole consisting of upper and lower parts,then scattered point set which is generated in two planes respectively is splited into two flat triangulars.In order to tensile this flat triangular in Three-dimensional space,"random generatrix assignment method" is established to assign Z coordinate to each point,in this way,the three-dimensional contours of the upper and lower surfaces of concrete coarse aggregate are formed.In the end,we mosaic the upper and lower surfaces to generate the three-dimensional contour of coarse aggregate in concrete,at the same time,we use Matlab software to realize it's visualization process.Preliminary simulation results show that this algorithm has good randomness and the aggregate which is simulated has high similarity with real aggregate.
