锰氧化物的制备及其催化氧化性能研究 被引量:2

Study on the Preparation of Manganese Oxides and Their Catalytic Oxidation Properties

摘要 采用氧化还原沉淀法和水热法等分别制备α-,β-,γ-,δ-MnO2,Mn2O3和Mn3O4.考察了锰氧化物的种类和晶型对邻二甲苯深度催化氧化性能的影响.研究发现,4种晶型MnO2的催化氧化活性顺序为δ-≈α->γ->β-MnO2,α-MnO2可在260℃将邻二甲苯完全分解.通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和比表面分析仪对催化剂进行了表征. α-,β-,γ-,δ-MnO2,Mn2O3 and Mn3O4 were prepared through redox-precipitation and hydrothermal routes.The influences of manganese oxidesi’s species and crystal forms on their catalytic activities for complete catalytic oxidation of o-xylene were examined.The catalytic activities of MnOx is in the following sequence:δ-≈α-〉γ-〉β-MnO2.The conversion of o-xylene was 100 % at 260 ℃ over α-MnO2.X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscope and BET measurement were used to characterize the catalysts.
