摘要
零点班由于煤粉湿、粗等原因造成回转窑内频繁灭火,在相同条件下,八点班通过采取一定的操作调整和干预,以最短的时间在回转窑内形成了稳定燃烧的火焰,并且温度梯度分布合理。这一事件说明:(1)点火前一定要对整个系统进行全面检查、确认,特别是对风机阀门开度的确认一定要做到"三对应";(2)点火时,一定要根据现场实际情况加强中控与现场的联系与沟通;(3)入窑煤粉的水分、细度应严格按照化验室下达的指标控制,对点火、升温过程中使用的煤粉,由于系统温度低,燃烧效果差,更应该严格控制。
In mid-night shift, the kiln out of firing were frequently happened due to the coarse and wet coal powder, but under the same conditions for the morning shift, stable burning flame was obtained at the shortest time duration with reasonable temperature gradient after certain adjusting and interposing operations. This case shows that: (1) before ignition, all-round inspection and validation works to whole system must be conducted, especially the openness of fan valve should be confirmed to meet the requirement of 'three correspondence'; (2) during ignition, site operators should keep touch and communication closely with CCR according to the real time site conditions; and (3) moisture and fineness of coal powder entering the kiln should be strictly controlled in accordance with the targets given by laboratory. For those coal powder used during ignition with temperature rising procedure, its quality should be controlled even more strictly because of low system temperature and poor burning effect.
