矽肺分期与肺功能对比及其性别、年龄的差异分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文就肺功能对矽肺患者肺部损害的程度进行分级鉴定,结果显示矽肺是以阻塞型为主,随着粉尘对气道损害的加重、纤维化范围的扩大、胸廓完整与呼吸肌的正常生理功能的受限,导致限制型通气功能损害。 Lung damage degree of silicosis patients was identified by stages on pulmonary function. The results show that silicosis types give first place to obstructive silicosis. With depeening of dust damage on air passage and expanding of fibrosis scope, thoracic integrity and normal physiological function of respiratory muscle are limited, and restrictive ventilatory functional disturbance is caused.
