摘要
本文对延迟焦化装置换热器管束的结焦原因进行分析,研制出一种适用的清焦剂,取得明显清焦效果,使用该药剂后清焦率达到85%以上。工业应用结果表明,RS-20082清焦剂兼具优异的清焦和阻垢功能,显著改善了延迟焦化装置换热系统的操作性能。
By using RS-20082 coke cleaning agent, the eoking on pipelines of heat exchanger in the delayed coking unit obtain satisfactory improvement. The cleaning rate of the agent reached 85%. The field application results showed that the agent has excellent efficiency in coke cleaning and coke inhibition, and can improve the operation performance of the heat exchanger system.
