摘要
针对定梁龙门铣磨床铣削主轴系统,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用弹簧阻尼单元模拟轴承支承的方法,建立了主轴系统的有限元分析模型。依据主轴系统的典型工况条件,对主轴系统静态特性进行了分析,得出了主轴系统的静态应力及变形,结果表明主轴的静态力学性能满足设计要求。通过对主轴系统动态特性的分析,获得了主轴系统的固有频率及振型,主轴临界转速远大于其工作转速,不会发生共振。分析结果也为主轴系统的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据和指导。
According to the mill spindle system of fixation-girder portal milling-grind machine,with using ANSYS software,the finite element analysis model of mill spindle system was built by taking the advantage of the spring-damper elements to simulate the bearing supports.Based on the typical working conditions,the static characteristics of the spindle system was analyzed,the result of stress and deformation of the spindle was obtained.The results show that the force characteristics of the spindle satisfy the design requirement.By the analyses of the dynamic characteristics,the natural frequency and mode of the spindle system were obtained.The critical speed of rotation of the spindle is greater than the working speed.The analysis results provide theoretical basis and guidance for the optimum design of the spindle system.
