老年股骨头置换术中骨水泥综合征的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 随着我国人均寿命的逐年增长，老年股骨颈骨折大量出现，人工股骨头置换术已成为治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的主要方法。骨水泥技术的发展，使得关节固定技术日臻成熟。然而由于骨水泥毒副作用的特点，使得手术中风险增大已成为股骨头置换术的一大难题，骨水泥综合征越来越引起人们的关注。现就我院1993年12月至2011年6月行人工股骨头置换术中使用骨水泥的1096病例中4例出现严重骨水泥反应综合征的患者进行探讨。
