摘要
目的 探讨高血压病患者QT离散度 (QTd)的变化 ,进一步明确QTd与左室肥厚及室性心律失常的关系。方法 对入选的 90例高血压患者经心电图及心脏超声检查后分为左室肥厚组 38例 ,左室正常组 5 2例 ,另 38例健康人作对照组 ,测量各组QTd并相互比较 ;统计各组室性心律失常的发生率并作比较。结果 (1)高血压病左室肥厚组 (QTd 6 9 2 1± 12 82 )与高血压病左室正常组 (QTd41 5 4± 13 6 3)及正常对照组 (QTd 36 84± 13 71)比较 ,差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;而高血压左室正常组与正常对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 (2 )高血压病左室肥厚组室性心律失常的发生率(13 16 % )高于左室正常组 (1 92 % ) ,差别有显著性。
Objective To evaluate the change of QT dispersion (QTd) and the relation between QTd and left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH) or ventricular arrhythmias (VA) Methods According to the change of electrocardiography and echocardiography, 90 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups: LVH group (38), normol left ventricle group (52), and 38 volunteers as normal control group, respectively QTd and the rate of VA were obtained and compared Results The QTd in patients with LVH (QTd 69 21±12 82) were significantly higher than that in the normal LV group (QTd 41 54±13 63) and that of the normal group (QTd 36 84±13 17) ( P <0 001), but no significant difference were found between the two latters ( P >0 05) The rate of VA in LVH group (13 16%) was higher than that of the normal LV group (1 92%) Conclusions QTd may be used as a marker to predict LVH and VA in patients with hypertension
