摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜Miles术治疗低位直肠癌的可行性、安全性及近期临床疗效。方法将2009年01月至2010年11月该院同期收治的96例低位直肠癌患者,分为腹腔镜组60例和传统开腹组36例,分别行腹腔镜手术和开腹手术,对其临床资料进行比较分析。结果腹腔镜组术中平均出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、自主排尿时间、术后并发症及术后住院天数等方面均少于开腹组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助下Miles术能够取得与传统开腹手术同样的肿瘤根治性效果,且具有更加安全、术后恢复快、创伤小和住院时间短等优点。
Objective To explore the feasibility, safety and short-term outcome of laparoscopic Miles for lower rectal cancer. Methods 96 patients with lower rectal cancer hospitalized in our hospitals from Jan. 2009 to Nov. 2010 were divided into Laparoscope Group （n = 60）, which was performed with laparoscopie- assisted Miles, and conventional Open Group（ n = 36）, which was performed with open operation. The clinical data were compared and analyzed. Result The mean operative blood loss, bowel function, automatic micturition,postopemtive complications and post-operation hospital day in Laparoscope Group was significant less than those in Open Group, respectively （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Laparoseopic-assisted Miles can achieve the same tumor radical removal effect as the conventional open operation, but with advantages in safety, pest-operation recover, operation wounds, and hospital day.
