摘要
随着轨道交通的快速发展,轨道客车的生产趋向于小批量多品种生产模式发展。根据安哥拉车实际生产中的冲孔、冲角在不同品种车型上排布和形式各异的情况,把在汽车生产中常用的组合冲模技术引入轨道客车制造中。通过该技术的应用和推广,提高了工件质量,缩短了生产周期,降低了制造成本,减轻了工人劳动强度。
With the rapid development of rail traffic, the production of passenger train tends to be in small scale and wide varieties. According to the different assignments and forms of punched hole and punched angle in the practical production of Angora Train, the assembling die commonly used in the car production was applied to the manufacturing of passenger trains. By the application and extension of this technology, the quality of workpieces can be improved, the production cycle can be reduced, the production of cost can be lessened and the labor force can be liberated.
