摘要
目的 :设计山羊脊柱内固定的动物模型 ,研究脊柱内固定器对固定区域椎体骨密度及骨结构的影响。方法 :采用定量CT(QCT) ,荧光标记 ,定量组织学技术分别测量固定 3月及 6月后椎体皮质骨、松质骨的骨密度及骨结构的改变。结果 :脊柱内固定后椎体皮质骨、松质骨的骨密度 ,都有显著性降低。组织学结果显示骨结构出现了骨质疏松的病理改变。结论 :脊柱内固定后出现了应力遮挡现象。所产生的负面影响需临床随访证实。
Objective:A goat's model was used to study the biological effects on vertebrae induced by internal spinal instrumentation.Methods:Using the Quantitative CT(QCT) and Quantitative histologic techniques with fluorochrome labeling,we observed the bone mineral density (BMD) values and bone structure changes in cortical and trabecular bone of vertebrae at the 3rd,6th months postoperatively.Results:QCT measurement showed that the BMD values had significant loss in cortical and trabecular bone of vertebrae compared with control group postoperatively.Histomorphometry revealed the osteoporosis in the verebrae spanned by spinal implant.Conclusion:This study suggest that the stress-shielding occurs in the vertebrae in response to rigid internal spinal instrumentation.
