摘要
目的：观察茶色素对高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法：将高血压脑出血患者７０例随机分为治疗组３２例，对照组３８例，全组常规予降颅压，支持对症治疗，治疗组于出血一周后口服茶色素 ２５０ ｍｇ日三次，全组治疗后 ２０天作头ＣＴ检查记录病灶最大水肿面积，记录治疗前及治疗后３０天血脂、血流变情况及病残程度评分。结果：治疗组血脂、血流变情况的改善明显优于对照组，同期病灶水肿面积明显小于对照组，治疗有效率、显效率治疗组明显高于对照组。结论：茶色素能加速血肿吸收，促进脑出血疾病的恢复。
Objective:To observe the result in treat of the Patients suffering from Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhage. Methods: The patients with hypertension-cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups. One was cure group (32 cases ), another was contrast group (38 cases ). These patients were all cured according to symptom and reduced head blood pressure. First group patients took Teapigment 250mg three times a day after a week. CT examination was performed on two group patients after treatment 20 days. Recording the blood LiPid of cure previous 30 days and cure posterior 30 days in order to contrast each other. Results:The blood Lipid and blood flow velocity of the cure group patients were visible better than contrast group. Same time areas of wet brain is letter than contrasts group patients. Teapigment was of great value in advance wet brain and cerebral hemorrhage recuperation.
