摘要
符号学作为侧重于认识论和方法论的人文社会科学与法学有着天然的契合性,在它的影响下诞生了结构主义符号法学与逻辑符号法学。符号学与法学不仅具有外部契合性,也有内部契合性。符号学方法通过作用于法学中的权利客体视角,将开创法学研究的新维度与新视野。
As the humanities focusing on epistemology and methodology of social science, the semiotics has a natural correspondence with law, in its influence the structure symbol of law and legal symbolic logic was born. Semiotics and law not only have the external correspondence, also have internal correspondence. Through the right object perspective effect, semiotics will create a new dimension of legal research and the new field of vision.
