摘要
高校中常见的危机应急事件有火灾、校园踩踏事故、食物中毒、地震等自然灾害等分析其中原因,主要是由于学校管理制度不健全,问责不到位;大学生对于危机的防范意识缺乏;高校教育理念中人文精神的缺失;缺乏有效的监督管制和宣传手段等造成的。因此,必须采取以下防范措施:建立健全的校园安全规范制度体系;重视安全教育,普及安全意识;重视大学生心理健康教育;定期演习和设施检修;设立独立的检查部门并利用媒体进行舆论监督;借鉴国外高校危机处置合理做法。
University emergency events include fires, campus trample accidents, food poisoning and some natural disasters, which may be caused by the factors as follows. Firstly, the school management system is not perfect, with accountability not being carried out; secondly, university students are lack of crisis prevention awareness; thirdly, the concept of humanism is missing in college educatiom and finally, there lack sufficient effective supervision and control measures and publicities about the danger of emergency events in colleges. Accordingly, the paper presents the following suggestions to alleviate the situation, including setting up and perfecting campus safety standard system, attaching importance to safety education and improving college students＇ safety awareness, stressing on college students＇ psychological health education, regularizing emergency exercises and facility maintenance, setting up an independent inspection departments and introducing supervision of public opinion through the media, and borrowing ideas from crisis disposal measures of foreign universities.
