摘要
为快速、准确地测量制药废水的色度,针对稀释倍数法在色度测定中存在的问题,用分光光度法改进色度测定.通过波谱扫描,确定工作波长为254 nm,制作色度与吸光度之间的工作曲线C=70.219A+0.102(R2=0.999 2),并进行了准确度的检验.结果表明,利用分光光度法测定制药废水的色度,提高了测定结果的重现性与可比性,降低了工作量,是一种快捷、准确的测定色度方法.
In order to determine ehrominance of pharmaceutical wastewater rapidly and accurately, Aiming at the disadvantages of the multipledilution method,the method of chrominance determination was improved by using spectrophotometry. By spectral scanning, the wavelength of 254 nm was determined, and, the feasibility of spectrophotometry to determine chrominance is verified. A linear working curve was obtained for chrominance C = 70. 219A + 0. 102 (R2 = 0. 999 2). The results show that chrominance determination by spectrophgtometry is rapid and simple, with advantages of stability, comparability, and less workload.
