摘要
目的 应用彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)观察肝血池的血流显像,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 应用CDE与彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对比观察52例74枚肝血池周边裂隙及其腔内的血流显像情况,脉冲多普勒(PW)检测血流性质和速度。结果 CDE可显示血池周边裂隙内的血流并短距离地伸入到腔内,PW录得多数为低速静脉样血流,少数为低速动脉样血流,此与肝血池的病理解剖及血流特征相符合;CDE所显示其周边裂隙内有血流者,能被CDFI显示的仅占3.5%,两者存在显著性差异,CDE明显优于CDFI。
Objective To observe blood flow development of liver blood pool by color Doppler energy(CDE).The clinical application value of CDE was studied.Methods Development of blood flow of 52 patients in 74 peripheral slits of the liver blood pool and their cavities were comparatively studied by CDE and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) separately.Pulsed wave Doppler was used to detect the characteristics and speed of blood flow.Results By CDE,blood flow can be developed and the short length image can be detected in the cavity.Blood flow showed by pulsed wave Doppler were mostly lower speed venospectrum and only a few of them are lower speed arterospectrum.It was in accordance with pathological anatomy of liver blood pool and its blood flow features.CDFI can only detect 3.5 % of the blood flow development in the peripheral slits which can be detected by CDE.CDE is greatly superior to CDFI.Conclusions CDE has applicable clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liver blood pool.
