摘要
通过对信息化项目实施规律的研究和项目管理系统在企业成功推广实施的具体实践,总结了施工企业项目管理信息化的一般实施步骤和实施策略,以期能对施工企业的项目管理信息化实施工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
Through the research on the implementation law of information projects and the specific practice of project management system in the successful implementation of enterprises,this paper summarized the general implementation steps and implementation strategies of project management informatization of construction enterprises,so as to play a certain reference role to the project management informatization implementation of construction enterprises.
