摘要
解析了铁路BOT融资项目各风险因素,运用改进的FAHP方法对其进行了研究,计算出各风险因素权重,找出其中的主要风险,为项目风险决策提供依据,对传统FAHP方法进行改进,提高其判断矩阵的一致性,保证分析结果的可靠性。
The paper analyzes all the risk factors of the BOT financing programs for railways,undertakes the research by adopting improving FAHP method,calculates the weights of all risk factors,locates main risks,provides the reference for the risk policy-making in the programs,improves the traditional FAHP method,improves the consistency to judge the matrix,and ensures the reliability of the analysis results.
