摘要 目的对在校医学教育阶段的全科医学教育模式进行需求评估,发现存在的问题并提出相应的解决办法。方法 (1)利用Noteexpress 2.0软件在PubMed、CNKI等学术数据库中检索2003年1月—2011年6月发表的有关全科医学教育方面的中英文文献;(2)在北京某国家级重点医学院校,对6名教师进行个人深入访谈,同时对16名学生分组进行焦点小组讨论。结果医学生对全科医学认识不足或对该学科的发展前景持观望态度;缺乏合格的全科医学师资,授课时间短且形式较单一。结论建议在借鉴国外经验的基础上进行调查研究,因地制宜;加强师资队伍建设;将全科医学的相关理念融合到整个本科阶段的基础医学教育当中;注重知识与能力的双重教育。 Objective To assess the needs of undergraduate education in general practice(GP). Methods Chinese and English literatures on undergraduate education in GP published during January 2003 and June 2011 were searched using Noteexpress 2.0 software in databases including PubMed,CNKI.In-depth interviews with 6 teachers and focus group discussions with 16 students were conducted in a medical university in Beijing. Results Most students had poor knowledge about GP.Shortage of qualified GP teachers and poorly designed curriculum also made GP courses less attractive. Conclusion Further investigations should be organized based on foreign experiences.Efforts to improve undergraduate education in GP may include:fully consider the local demands;strengthening capacity-building of GP teachers;reasonably integrate GP courses into the whole undergraduate medical curriculum;and pay special attention to the training of both knowledge and skills.
