摘要
目的:探讨神经传导速度、F波和针极肌电图对吉兰-巴雷综合征的诊断价值。方法:检测32例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者的正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、胫神经、腓浅神经和腓肠神经的传导速度以及正中神经和胫神经F波的潜伏期测定,小指展肌、拇短展肌、肱二头肌、股直肌和胫前肌的针极肌电图检测。结果:吉兰-巴雷综合征的运动神经传导速度异常率为72.6%,感觉神经传导速度的异常率为57.8%,F波潜伏期的异常率为85.9%,结论:肌电图的测定可为吉兰-巴雷综合征的诊断提供客观依据,并可发现亚临床周围神经病变,神经电生理的检查对吉兰-巴雷综合征的诊断具有重要的参考价值。
Objective：To explore the EMG characteristics in patients with Guillain-Barrè syndrome（GBS） .Methods： 32 patients with GBS were measured ：NCV of the madian, ulnar, peroneal, tibial, sural nerves and F wave. Results：The abnormal rate of MCV was 72.6%. the SCV rate was 57.8%,and the abnormal rate of F wave was 85.9%. Conclusion：The EMG changes might show not only peripheral nerve demyelination but also axone degeneration . The EMG detection might be the very important method for diagnosing GBS.
