摘要
本文利用美国ACT 公司开发的C- MOLD 软件,对蓄电池盒射出成型进行模拟,用以解决该塑件充模不平衡,拔模困难等缺陷。该塑件属单模穴,多点浇口模具,制件有五个隔板、薄壁、深腔,且壁厚是变化的。利用C- MOLD 软件对其进行充模分析,确定出最佳的浇口位置、数目及尺寸,并为用户提供最佳的工艺方案。
s C Mold software developed by American ACT Company was applied to the analysis of injecting molding of the storage battery box,so as to solve the problem of injection unbalance and difficult divorce of mold.This product was molded by single mould and multilateral gates.This product has five ribs,small wall,deep mould,and the wall thick ness is changeable.The mould filling was analyzed to determine the most good location,the numbers and dimensions of gates by use of C-mold software.So that the most good technology parameters could be provided to users.
