摘要
警务实战训练是培养警察依法、安全、有效地完成对抗性执法任务能力的教育过程。警务实战训练起源于夏商时期,历经几千年的建设发展,现已成为一门蓬勃发展的独立学科。要提高警务实战训练质量和水平,必须紧紧把握警务实战训练的发展方向,即贴近实战、基层和民警;能用、管用、够用;简单、易学和人与装备的高度结合。
The purpose of police combat training is to cultivate police to complete the confrontational law enforcement with safety and efficiency in accordance with the law. Originated in Xia and Shang Dynasties, thepolice combat training has evolved through thousands of years to become a flourishing independent discipline. To improve the quality and level of combat training, we must firmly grasp its development direction, which isthat the training ought to be close to the real combat, grassroots and civilian police; ought to be highly applica- ble, simple for study, and to combine people with equipment.
