摘要
本文用粘度法和高效液相色谱技术跟踪H.E-聚阴离子纤维素/酶体系的酶解降解过程。应用弱键理论处理酶解过程动力学,发现酶解速率常数K与取代度(D.S.)之间关系的极限曲线及其实验方程式[K=4.67×10^(-5)(D.S.)^(-3.05)]是描述取代基沿大分子链分布的化学微结构均匀性的很好形式。同时,计算了酶解产物的链参数。最后,对H.E-聚阴离子和其他CMC-Na的化学微结构均匀性作了讨论。
The enzymatic degradation of H. E-Polyanionic cellulose was monitored by means of viscosimetry andhigh performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Using the weak-link theory, the kinetics of enzymatic degradation was derived. It was found that the limited curve and statistical equation, K=4.67×10^(-5)(D.S,)^(-3.05), of relationship between the rate constant of enzymatic degradation and the degree of substituent (D.S.) are the excellent manner to describe the chemical evenness of microstructure: the distribution of substituent along macromolecular chain. The chain parameter of enzymatic degradation was calculated. Based on these, chemical evenness of microstructure of H.E-Polyanionic cellulose and other Na-CMC was discussed.
