摘要
研究了保水剂、表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和高效降解混合菌(KL8-2)对芦苇修复新疆石油污染土壤效果的影响。90d的修复实验结果表明,施用保水剂、SDBS和KL8-2均可提高芦苇修复新疆石油污染土壤的效率。芦苇修复的最优组合为:保水剂15g.kg-1、SDBS 8g.kg-1、混合菌KL8-2 120mL.kg-1,石油烃的降解率为56.72%。其中,混合菌KL8-2对芦苇修复石油污染土壤效果的影响最大。
The influences of water retaining agent, surfactant (SDBS) and high efficient degrading bacteria (KL8-2) on phytoremediation of petroleum-contaminated soil by reed were researched in this paper. The results showed that adding water retaining agent,SDBS and KL8-2 could enhance total petroleum hydrocarbon removal of phytoremediation by reed in a 90 days trial. The degradation rate of total petroleum hydrocarbon reached 56.72 under the optimum phytoremediation conditions as follows: 15 g · kg-1 water retaining agent,8 g · kg-1 SDBS and 120 mL · kg-1 K LS-2. Meanwhile,KL8-2 was the prime important factor in petroleum-contami- nated soil phytoremediation.
