摘要
党的十七届六中全会总结了我国文化改革发展的宝贵经验,提出了推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的指导思想、主要任务,以及建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标。目前,我国技术应用型本科院校由于发展历史较短、发展定位欠准和校园文化建设投入相对不足等原因,在校园文化建设方面存在总体规划不系统、人文氛围不浓厚和传承发展不持续等问题。需要通过找准发展定位,强化人文底蕴,加大建设投入,以加强技术应用型本科院校的校园文化建设,提升文化软实力。
The Sixth Plenary Session of its 17th Central Committee of the CPC summed up the valuable experience of China＇s reform and development,put forward the guiding ideology and the main task of promoting socialist cultural development and prosperity,as well as the strategic goals of the construction of socialist culture.At present,in technological application colleges,as the relatively short history,the less-precise positioning and lack of input in the construction of campus culture and so on,there are problems,for example,the overall planning isn＇t systematic,the human atmosphere isn＇t strong and the heritage development is not sustainable.By adopting four measures such as finding a development position,strengthening the humanistic connotation and increasing construction input,we can strengthen campus cultural construction in technological application colleges,and enhance cultural soft power as well.
